Spent 55 minutes getting through to the surgery as concerned have a lump on my breast, didn't feel well enough to call at 8am,was informed by receptionist to call back tomorrow morning 8am as they cannot pre book appointments. The NHS is unbelievable 😳 …

Never met the same GP twice. Still require all calls to be placed daily at 8.30 when today there were 50 people in the queue when I joined (at 8.30) On a previous occasion I asked for a call back but never heard from them. Overall it feels like they've taken the CoViD measures and exploited them to work differently, at no convenience of their registered patients.
